
So, as many of you know if you've read my blog, I have a couple health issues. I've chosen to go the natural route (working with my doctors, they're in full support). I am on different remedies, and these remedies change from time to time. I don't always use this, but when I'm starting a new regimen I use this tracker until I have a good routine going.
I've tried setting reminders on my phone and all that good stuff but I'm a paper girl, if it's on paper it gets done. If it's digital, eh, we will see. I don't mean to be that way, it's just how my brain works.
