When my kids were younger, we used a star chart. It was an epiphany! I created a chore chart and the kids earned stars for getting their chores done. (More on the star chart to come)
This worked great, to get their stars they had to be thorough. Thats how they earned rewards from the star chart. They didn't clean every room every day, but when it was someones turn, they had what they needed to get the job done. Star chart or not, make your life easier and give your kids a checklist so you don't have to stress.
